ANKARA EGO SPOR KULUBU secured gold for Turkiye in the Female Team Kata final. Their precision and synchronization earned them a score of 40.70, defeating France’s ANNECY DOJO KARATÉ, who posted 39.80.

Male Team Kata: Istanbul Takes the Win

Turkiye’s dominance continued in the Male Team Kata, with İSTANBUL BBSK clinching victory. They outperformed Montenegro with an impressive score of 42.50 to 40.10. The Turkish team’s fluid movements and dynamic energy were unmatched.

Female Kumite -50 Kg: Bahmanyar Strikes Gold

Sara Bahmanyar of Iran showcased tactical brilliance to edge past Turkiye’s Rabia Çalış in a nail-biting final. The match ended 1-0 in Bahmanyar’s favor, securing her the top spot in the -50 kg category.

Male Kumite -60 Kg: Karimikelayeh Edges Victory

Iran’s Morteza Karimikelayeh triumphed in the -60 kg category, defeating Kazakhstan’s Zholaman Bigabyl. The bout ended 1-1, with Karimikelayeh claiming victory on criteria.

Female Kumite -55 Kg: Sakiyama Shines

Japan’s Tsumugi Sakiyama delivered a powerful performance in the -55 kg final, defeating Uzbekistan’s Sevinch Rakhimova 6-4. Sakiyama’s precise strikes secured her the gold in an action-packed bout.

Male Kumite -67 Kg: Omara Dominates

Adel Omara of Egypt was in commanding form, defeating Iurik Ogannisian of the Individual Neutral Athletes 3-0 in the -67 kg final. Omara’s powerful techniques left no room for doubt in his victory.
