The first Karate 1-Youth League event of the 2024 season will be held in Fujairah (UAE) from February 22 to 25.
One of the most anticipated series of events of the year, the Karate 1-Youth League is the most massive representation of the strength of the sport among youngsters. The season of the 2024 Karate 1-Youth League will kick off in Fujairah (UAE).
Fast becoming one of the main hubs of the sport in the region, the UAE is welcoming another major karate tournament with this Karate 1-Youth League. The city of Fujairah hosted a Karate 1-Youth League in 2023, and a Karate 1-Premier League event in 2022. Previously, Dubai has been the venue of Karate 1-Premier League events from 2016 to 2020.
The 2023 edition of the Karate 1-Youth League in Fujairah gathered over 1000 young athletes from 66 countries. Powerhouse nations of Egypt, Kazakhstan, and Saudi Arabia topped the medal table of the event in Fujairah with five gold medals respectively.
